Just ran into this recipe and when I looked around the kitchen I realised I have everything I need. Did it in 7 minutes. Absolutely amazing.

My (Romanian) rendition of this wonderful recipe included twice as much garlic, a bit of parsley and a little bit of basil. on the nutty side, I added a mixture of flaxseed, almonds and brazil-nuts that I make myself for breakfast. together with the wallnuts, a spoonful of this stuff was absolutely delicios. Don't be afraid to try it!

[...] This year I planted a lot of sage. How much, you ask? Well, a full packet of seeds, many of which came up without a hitch. It’s booming out of its pot, and taking care of a strong corner of my garden plot. I couldn’t be more thrilled, since it is, most certainly, my favorite herb. [...]

[...] Earlier this year, I declared my abiding love for sage, and Lydia added a comment about how much she loves to harvest sage on Thanksgiving morning. Lydia, thanks for the tip, because when I cleaned up the rest of the garden, I thought of your advice, and kept the sage plant in its pot, hanging out in the back yard, just in case it survived until Thanksgiving.
Lydia, that's good to know about the sage...perhaps I'll just keep an eye on the weather and see how it goes. It would be terrific to harvest some fresh sage for Thanksgiving.

Alanna, I have appreciation for that line, too -- that was such a wonderful (too short, but wonderful) meal, and it was so lovely to meet you, too!
