Just after Thanksgiving, I went in to get my hair cut. After my stylist finished working her magic, I headed to the cash register to make my next appointment. For January 9.
“I can’t believe that’s just six weeks away,” I said.
The receptionist shook her head. “It’s crazy.”
It is crazy. So much has happened this year, and yet, here we all are, and the turn of the calendar is nigh. Yikes.

It has been a wonderful year with so many things happening I can’t keep track of it all. When we are so involved in living the time has a way of flying. The holidays are a time to reflect on where we have been and are going, but the most important thing is to enjoy the moment.
