		<description>Very interesting.  I wish we had a community garden around here.  I&#039;ve considered starting one, but living in a rural area, if someone wants a garden they just put one in the front yard.  I may be doing that soon to get some full-sun area.

		<description>That&#039;s some crazy system -- but I&#039;m not surprised. I think it&#039;s typical of many small community organizations. And it&#039;s also likely that the first 18 people on the list will not want a garden, and you will slip right in there, because we are all rooting for you!</description>
